Services

I provide individual, couples, and family therapy both in-person and online for people living in NH and MA, where I am licensed as an independent clinical social worker. I also offer online counseling and coaching for people living anywhere.

I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation so we can talk about your situation and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. From there, we can determine the next steps that make the most sense for you.

If you decide to move forward, the next step is to review and complete these forms prior to your first session. I look forward to working together.

Telecounseling

Online sessions are available using a computer or mobile device with internet access, camera, and microphone. We can also meet by phone if you prefer.

Fees

• Individual sessions: $150
• Couples/Family sessions: $180

Payment is due at the time of service.
A sliding fee scale is available as needed.

Out-of-Network Provider

I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
